Opel Corsa Utility 1.4i S – more than basic transport

As part of the ongoing objective of providing exciting new additions to the Corsa line up, Delta Motor Corporation has announced a limited edition Corsa Utility 1.4i S.

To recognise the “ work hard, play hard “ character of the Opel Corsa range, especially the Utility half-ton bakkies, Delta has announced the addition of a 1.4i S version to continue building on the Corsa brand character. The introduction of this model follows closely on the launch of the Opel Corsa GSi LTD and is targeted at enthusiasts who is looking for a lot more than basic transport in the half ton utility market.

The unit is powered by the proven Opel 1400cc powerplant and provides power and performance unequalled in this category of vehicle with 65 kW and 112 Nm of torque.

To complement the sport feel the unit is fitted with 5 spoke alloy wheels, body colour door mirror housings, black roof spoiler and wide body side protection mouldings. The driver’s seat is height adjustable and the sporty seats are standard with head restraints and trimmed in a jacquard cloth, whilst interior appointments include a digital radio with a front loading CD player and remote display, with a digital clock and rev counter also included as standard.

To add to the overall appeal the unit is available in the full range of all production colours and has a rear sliding window and tinted glass.

According to Delta, safety is a key attribute and the 1.4i S has dual side impact protection bars and is wired for easy cell phone installation.

It comes with a 3 year/100 000 km warranty and a 36 month anti corrosion warranty. Adding to the overall appeal are the 15 000 kilometre service intervals whilst 1 year roadside assistance is also standard.
